Ordering at Chopt is simple and flexible. You have three convenient options:
- Visit us in person at our Moynihan Train Hall Food Court location and order directly at the counter.
- Use our online ordering system by visiting our Order Now page.
- Call us at +1 332-246-0866 to place a phone order for pick-up.
Absolutely! Customization is at the heart of the Chopt experience. You can:
- Choose your base (greens, grains, or a mix)
- Select from 30+ fresh toppings
- Pick your protein (chicken, tuna, shrimp, tofu, falafel, and more)
- Choose from our house-made dressings
- Add or remove any ingredient at no charge
We accept all major payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
- Cash at our in-person counter
- Corporate accounts for regular business orders (contact us to set up)

Absolutely! Chopt catering is perfect for:
- Corporate lunches and team meetings
- Office parties and company events
- Private celebrations and gatherings
- Conferences and workshops
- Wedding and event catering
We recommend booking catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance for smaller groups (under 20 people). For larger events or custom menus, please give us 5–7 business days of notice to ensure everything is prepared to perfection. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability — call us at +1 332-246-0866 and we'll do our best to help.
Location & Hours
Chopt is located in the Moynihan Train Hall Food Court at 383 W 31st St, Suite 037, New York, NY 10001. We're conveniently situated inside the stunning Moynihan Train Hall, making us easily accessible for commuters, office workers, and visitors to Midtown Manhattan. You can find us just steps from Penn Station and the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E subway lines.
Our current hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Yes! The Moynihan Train Hall Food Court offers ample shared seating throughout the hall, including tables and counter seating. The space is bright, modern, and beautifully designed. Many of our customers also enjoy taking their orders to-go — our packaging is eco-friendly and travel-friendly. Seating is first-come, first-served as it is a shared food court space.
Dietary & Allergens
Yes! We're proud to offer a wide variety of plant-based options. Our menu features:
- Vegan bases: All our greens and grain bowls are naturally vegan
- Vegan proteins: Falafel, spiced chickpeas, tofu, and edamame
- Vegan dressings: Multiple house-made options clearly labeled
- Vegetarian options: Include everything above plus eggs and cheese toppings
Many of our menu items are naturally gluten-free, including our greens-based salads and most proteins. However, please note that our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, please inform our team when ordering so we can take extra precautions. For a full list of gluten-free items, contact us or speak with a team member in-store.
Your safety is our top priority. Common allergens we handle include nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, and fish. Our team is trained in allergen awareness, and we make every effort to prevent cross-contamination. Here's how we handle it:
- Allergen information is displayed on all menu boards
- Detailed ingredient lists are available upon request
- Team members wear gloves and change them between orders when requested
- We ask guests with severe allergies to inform us before ordering
