From a Bold Idea to New York's Favorite Chopt Restaurant

Chopt began with a simple but revolutionary idea: that a salad could be so much more than lettuce and dressing. Founded in the heart of New York City, our chopt restaurant was born out of a genuine love for fresh, wholesome ingredients — and a desire to give busy New Yorkers a fast, satisfying, and genuinely delicious meal every day.

From day one, we committed to sourcing the finest seasonal produce, working directly with local farms and trusted suppliers to ensure every bowl we serve meets the highest standard. Our signature chopping technique — finely cutting every ingredient so each forkful delivers maximum flavor — became the defining hallmark of the Chopt experience.

Today, operating from our flagship location at Moynihan Train Hall Food Court in New York, we continue to serve thousands of guests daily with the same care and passion that defined our very first bowl.
